DeleteI don't think so. People like them, perpetual victims, have always existed, but they were few and mostly unheard. With the rise of social media also came countless platforms for the disenfranchised, the lonely, the attention seekers, the friendless, the hate filled, etc., to express themselves as loud as they wished and be able to quickly reach a large audience of similar people that would provide them with the validation they need and think they deserve.
And we can't forget the bandwagon jumpers. Those that saw a certain individual getting attention and validation, wanted the same for themselves, and decided that the best way to get it was to take on some of the individual's charactetistics, no matter if real or imagined (in themselves).
You can see this accross all SM platforms, people that claim to be autistic, LGBTQ, bipolar, schizofrenic, suffer from ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, even cancer. The problem with this is that all these conditions are usually self diagnosed, they just answer some silly little quiz and take the result as a real, medical diagnosis (except LGBTQ, obviously).
These women on Babycenter are not much different. They've perfected the victim act through years of watching others attempt the same, they've learned from others' mistakes, and are very careful not to let their costume slip. I'd be willing to bet real money that few, if any, of them have actually experienced a real aggression based on their ethnicity or skin color.
One other thing I had wanted to talk about, Alysse's supposed racist neighbor. Everyone was shocked and angry, myself included, at a woman that could be so inherently racist that she thought it was totally okay to imply a black woman fed nothing but fried chicken to her black child, or that a wealthy black man could only be a rapper or football player. But after thinking about it I realized how perfectly Alysse had constructed an older, racist white lady. She used all the tropes attributed to older white women in 90s sitcoms and sketch shows, and painted a caricature that was guaranteed to elicit anger, shock, and obviously sympathy for herself.
I'm not saying racism isn't real, obviously, we see racism and racial bias every day, everywhere, but usually it's very subtle. But, when you have women claiming all sorts of aggresions and micro-aggressions and using their marginalized "status" to attack other women and simultaneously shield themselves from attacks, I start to wonder how much truth there is in their claims.

We're living in the most misogynistic timeline. I'm in the medical field and the genderwoo stuff is hitting my department hard. I finally told two people how I really feel about it this week after bottling it up for years. I don't dare say anything at work. Best case scenario is that I'd have to go work in a different department, worst case is that I'd lose my license and my livelihood. We're treating mental illness with life altering surgery and it's killing me inside.

I'm sure everyone here knows theres been a huge rise in the need for therapists, medication, and surgeries for anything gender-related. A great part of the rising needs in this field is money. Just think, who's getting rich?
I left my job because profit is being prioritized over the physical and mental health of patients. Patients that most of the time ended up broke and in terrible debt because their therapist (99% not a real psychologist) told them hormones and life-threatening, normal-function-destroying surgery was what they needed to be happy.
Follow the money and you'll see.

After surgery and complications there were two separate attempts. And the fucking doctors wouldn't do shit but refer the patient back to the -useless- gender therapist, shrug their shoulders and move on to the next patient. And why wouldn't they? They'd done the surgery, been paid, gone on vacation to Europe, bought a new BMW, what did they care that a human being was still suffering after their botched (mostly) experimental surgery?
I am willing to speak out on behalf of patients, and to speak out PUBLICALLY against the for-profit clinics and doctors, but no reputable news outlet wants to report it. I met with a small but legit newspaper and they said something to the effect of, Due to the present social atmosphere, we feel it is detrimental to our reputation and rising popularity to publish your story.
Personally, I've already been subtly threatened with loss of my licence for testifying in court. But it's not that big of a deal because I could do something else. But patients are being left with hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt, on top of scarred, ruined bodies, chronic pain, and really bad mental health.
And the worse thing is NO ONE WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT IT. If it's not some rainbow haired person crying for likes on tiktok because they got offended at *something*, or a -very rare- uncomplicated full transition, no one wants to hear it. No one wants to know about the excruciating pain, about the pissing or shitting into a bag, adhesions, extrictures, fistulas, pus, blood, crushing debt, poverty, homelessness, loneliness, high suicide rates, and still dealing with the dysphoria and depression that led initially to the gender therapy and surgeries.
I mean, even here, people don't get it. Some think it's transphobia, others an excuse to hate and make fun or whatever, and it's not about that. Lives are being lost while a few people are getting richer and richer, and most are too afraid to question it because the backlash is brutal, no one wants to be "cancelled", no one wants to be "on the wrong side" because unfortunately, caring about this and speaking out are seen as hate.

But also, what did lilbloom expect? She's no longer an "other", she's a woman, there's no safe place for her anymore. Now she's got to take the derision, condescension, unwanted sexual attention, doubts at her ability to survive in a bad mean world without the help of a big strong man, complete ignorance of her anatomy, rolling eyes and heavy sighs at her abilities, ideas, hopes, dreams, not to mention lots more mental, emotional, and even physical labor for a smaller paycheck that we all get.

This is really telling as to what the modern trans rights movement is mostly about. A lot of the younger ones (male to female) think that being a women is putting on a dress, make-up and wig and spinning around to make "skirt go spinny".
DeleteWoman = adult human female. Woman is not a costume to put on. Dont even get me started on drag. Woman is not a feeling, its a sex based reality for just over half the worlds population.
So of course she has been shunned. These men will never be a woman and now she has reclaimed her womanhood so there will be huge seething from those men. She has stopped participating in the delusion that you can change your sex and it has caused them to shun her as their fragility cannot handle that someone who has shunned their belief system.
I never viewed myself as a feminist until the trans movement. Fuck you men for once again steamroller women. For making girls spectators at their own sports. Stealing motherhood from us. And saying to the world, Men are better at everything, even at being women. Fuck you!
