i raised hell with the school and was promised after a very long meeting that they would take care of it. bully changed buses for one week. one fuckin week of peace for my kid. i was fuckin pissed and tired and just told my kid that if bully bothered him again to just hit back as hard as they could, and they did. bully has left my kid alone since then.

omg!! lionesslion you dumb twat! do you really think that if a homeless person cant eat at a restaurant they will starve?? lol restaurant dumpsters are a great source of food, if youre desperate enough. i cannot even put into words how much perfectly good food is wasted by restaurants. bags and bags of donuts from dunkin, bags of cooked fries and whole, still wrapped burgers from mcds, even grocery stores dumping perfectly good produce cus its got a brown spot or got a bit squashed and has a soft spot. even customers can be fuckin wasteful. one time we saw a guy come out of a fried chicken place, opened the bag, saw something he didnt like, threw the whole bag in the trash can and drove away. my mom snatched it up and from the receipt it seems the staff got his order wrong and instead of going back to have it fixed he just threw it out. we ate so good that night! lol
not to mention, homeless people are usually not allowed inside restaurants or even fancy coffee shops. my mom kept us clean and our clothes fit (thank you donation bins!) but if an employee saw us begging in a corner he would not let us in next time my mom tried to enter to buy food. thats why we started going to mcds, they mostly didnt care that we were beggars and even sneaked us a free pie or something sometimes.

ReplyDeleteI do feel a little bad, because she was clearly not expecting the backlash and probably thought she was making a very low-risk post about something BHB already established they dislike (gender-reveal parties and people who have them). But also, every subsequent response of her is SO bad.
We all have our petty moments, but she really ooze with judgement in her comments. I feel like she's one of these people who move away or grow up away from their culture and look down on it and feel like they're better than those back home. Every culture has its issues, but she seems to have so much disdain for her "friends..."
I also feel like there's a strong classist or racist undertone. Like she's rich and so are the people she's making fun of , but they are doing rich wrong by being tacky and showy. Not classy, like her and the good people of Switzerland.
I think she might be the most cringe poster I've seen. I get the feeling the people she's complaining about throwing the parties are people who want to seek rich but don't chalk up to her rich standards.

I don't know whether the woman is a monster or not, and it really doesn't matter to me because nothing will bring the poor kids back. And my opinion is not going to change what happens at the trial... But this story does scare me. The idea PPP can make you go from being a loving mom to killing your children really horrifies me. And we do already know that it happens, regardless of whether it happened in this case or not.
Statistically speaking, it doesn't. PPP is super, super rare. PPD/PPA is more likely to end in suicide than in homicide.
