DeleteAs a Black woman on BHB for years, I do feel like some of the posters do make everything about race. Is it necessary sometimes yes because the board can be racist af but at the same time I think some of the POC posters like to bring up race when they feel cornered because they know that’s their way out and nobody can argue with them once they pull that card out. It’s annoying to me because there are real issues with race and they water it down every chance they get. I think Alysse was being a judgmental ass on that thread regardless of her race. It’s true that most Black families are stricter when it comes to their teens having sex but you can say that without passing judgment on others who may parent differently.
