DeleteI represent the (formally) morbidly obese. I have lost 180 pounds and still have a ways to go. I know that most people think it is just laziness, and sure, at lot of it is. But you also have to consider that some people use their weight to keep people away. It's a trauma response. But yes, I used to need a seat belt extender. And I took pictures the first time I road in a car without one. Sometimes you will find more pain behind a heavy person. I'm not asking for compassion for any of us heavy BHBers, but I think we all have our flaws and our struggles whether it is with weight or something else.
